We are asking for your help to meet the critical mental health needs of our communities.

Center for New Beginnings has treated over 16,000 individuals since 1988. We are a small, well established, independent, non-profit agency located in Littleton NH.

Everyone benefits from a population that is mentally healthy.

Rural northern New Hampshire communities continue to face many challenges in addressing the mental health needs of those who call the area home. The lack of mental health resources are ongoing and growing. Many community members have limited means and may struggle to afford the cost of counseling, which often prevents them from seeking the help they need.

The children and teenagers we see come with a myriad of challenges that reflect the social, cultural, and economic struggles of our time. We are also working hard to answer the need of those suffering with addiction - a widespread problem.

Furthermore, the pandemic created a lasting greater demand for mental health care due to intensified stress, anxiety, and depression as well as an increase in health crisis, including suicidal ideation and substance misuse.

With the heightened demands for mental health services, increased costs of operations, reduced insurance reimbursement and limited resources, we are seeking your financial support.

Your contribution to Center for New Beginnings will make a meaningful difference to North Country communities. With your contribution, CNB can increase its capacity to reduce lengthy wait lists, attract and retain qualified mental health professionals, continue offering reduced rates to families of limited means, and offer the region a choice in mental health and substance use treatment.
